DC Lady Hornets sweep CHESS

Dodd City senior outside hitter Sarah Brent knocked down 19 kills to help the Lady Hornets sweep CHESS.

Dodd City dominated the opener, 25-12, and then held off CHESS in the next two sets, 25-22 and 25-23.

Journie Hilliard put down a dozen kills and had one block.

Cassandra Woodlee had six kills and an ace, with Tori Dotson also dropping in a kill.

Delaney Pilliod handed out 35 assists to her Lady Hornet hitters.
