All - Region Band

In December, several Dodd City HS and JH band students auditioned for the ATSSB all-region band.  Eight were selected to perform with the bands.  Learning the music and taking the audition is a big undertaking, and Mrs. Wild is proud of all those who auditioned.  Those who qualified (pictured) will participate in the All-Region Clinic and Concert later this month. Audri, July, and Grady also qualified for Area auditions.  

Audri Holland, Grady Ozment, and July Peoples placed high enough at the all-region band auditions to advance to area, and on Saturday, January 11, they participated in the ATSSB Area band auditions at Ranchview HS in Irving. Audri Holland, 12, flute, made All-State Band and will perform with other high-level musicians over a four-day period in San Antonio next month.  Congratulations, Audri! We are so proud of you and your hard work!
